Maximizing usable space with sloped properties adds a layer of complexity but has the power to create captivating and intricate spaces. Although this site had its challenges with steep slopes, we were able to maximize accessibility throughout the property while creating a relaxing atmosphere for the clients to enjoy for years to come. The property is now split into 3 levels featuring a large patio for entertaining, crushed stone paths, a sunken vegetable garden, and a remote patio for gatherings around the fire pit.
