The sharp, clean lines of the patio spaces compliment the home’s architecture and provides several spaces to relax, dine, cook, or entertain. The existing slope was transformed into 2 patios spaces accented with seat walls. The louvered structure of the upper patio provides shade and rain cover as needed. A hammock arbor is offset from the patio spaces to provide a more quiet space for reading or lounging. A dry stream flows down the slope and weaves around the patios to help the site drain properly and a small area of lawn was left for pets and kids to play.
